Aberdare is participating in Fiver Fest from Totally Locally this October 2021

Traders, shops and businesses in Aberdare town are putting on offers for a fiver for 2 weeks from Saturday 09 Oct – Saturday 23 Oct 2021.

We’ve spoken to so many shop/business owners and Our Aberdare BID levy members over the past 2 weeks and have gained a massive support to take part in Fiver Fest this month.

You will find offers for a fiver popping up all over Aberdare town so get Christmas ready (there! we said it!) and grab some xmas gifts at a great price!

Fiver Fest is a national event. “It’s a chance for independent businesses to use their collective power to encourage people back to our town centres, to say thank you to customers who supported them during these testing times and to prove once again, that the small guys can compete with the online giants & the supermarkets. In fact they beat them hands down in many ways, but most of all their contribution to our local economies.”

During Saturday 9 and Saturday 23 October, shops and businesses in Aberdare will display and promote offers for a ‘fiver’ they have, allowing shoppers, visitors and tourists the chance to grab a great offer from a multitude of great shops and businesses.
