BID levy members are kindly invited to attend Our Aberdare BID’s first AGM. As a not for profit company representing your business, we are focused on creating the right environment for your business to thrive. Its success depends on the input and participation of its member businesses and it is important that you make your views known and put forward your ideas for your BID.
The AGM provides an opportunity for you to have your say on the make-up on of the management board for Our Aberdare BID and hear the latest on our projects for the improvement of Aberdare.
At the AGM, there is also a chance for you to join the company, if you have not already done so. We treat all BID levy payers as members in effect but formally joining the company allows you to vote at the AGM and be nominated to become a director of the company. All levy payers have the right to join the company and non-levy payers can apply to join at the discretion of the board.
All members are eligible to stand for the board and/or to nominate another member. Nominations should be submitted, stipulating the particulars of the nominee such as name, address and details of any other directorships – click to complete nomination form.
The BID provides local businesses and organisations the opportunity to influence decisions and implement projects that create a better place to run your business.
